Recently, Students of SRCS went to Sripuram ZeroWaste Management Plant to learn about sustainable waste management practices. They observed how waste is sorted, processed, and recycled into reusable materials and manure.

On October 2, as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, students actively participated in a rally to spread awareness about the harmful effects of open defecation and the importance of proper sanitation practices. The campaign included several impactful activities:
Rally with Placards: Students marched through the streets, holding placards with slogans and messages emphasizing the need to stop open defecation and adopt hygienic toilet practices.
Pamphlet Distribution: They distributed informative pamphlets to the public, highlighting the causes, effects, and solutions related to open defecation.
One-on-One Interaction: Individually, students approached residents to personally explain the significance of using proper toilets and maintaining cleanliness for better health and environment.
Drama Performance: A street play was enacted to creatively depict the consequences of open defecation and the benefits of sanitation facilities, making the message relatable and memorable for the audience.
